Feb 4, 2004

ON CERTAIN AMBULANCES, THE SEAT BELT ANCHORS FOR THE SQUAD BENCH COULD PULL OUT FROM THE WALL.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: SEAT OCCUPANT MAY NOT BE PROPERLY RESTRAINED IN AN EVENT OF A CRASH.

Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSTALL STEEL PLATES TO REINFORCE THE SEAT BELT ANCHORS. OWNERS SHOULD CONTACT MEDTEC AT 1-574-534-2631.
