I was on my way home from work sitting at the red light and when I was release my feet from the brake to take to driving, the auto start failed to start the car and I was stuck on side the road for 30 minutes because my vehicle wouldn’t not start. Finally the car started but I couldn’t get it to go over 15 mph. The car has been to the shop twice for service. Once was an electrical and the other time they couldn’t find nothing wrong with it. They said it just needed service. I serviced the vehicle as recommended and now it back doing the same thing again.

A FEW DAYS LATER I GOT A CALL FROM THE DEALERSHIP SAYING THE WHEEL WAS BENT AND THAT I MUST HAVE HIT A POTHOLE AND I AM GOING TO HAVE TO PAY TO GET THE CAR WHEEL FIXED BECAUSE WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE VEHICLE IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT AND THAT I MUST DAMAGED THE VEHICLE. I GOT FURIOUS. THEY SOLD ME THE VEHICLE EXACTLY LIKE THAT AND NOW DID NOT WANT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I HAVE PICTURES SHOWING HOW THEY DELIVERED THE VEHICLE TO ME THAT NIGHT. FINALLY THEY DECIDED TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE BENT WHEEL THEY SENT IT OUT AND HAD IT REPAIRED FOR $125.00. I THINK THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I JUST SPENT OVER $49,000 TO PURCHASE A CERTIFIED PREOWNED MASERATI AND THIS IS WHAT THIS DEALERSHIP WAS DOING. NOW THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED. Consequence: If the transmission shifts into neutral or park unexpectedly, or if the engine shuts down without warning, it can increase the risk of a crash.
