SEAT BELTS ARE MOUNTED IN SUCH A WAY THAT THERE IS INSUFFICIENT ADJUSTMENT TO ACCOMMODATE A 95TH PERCENTILE ADULT MALE.
Consequence: BELTS ARE IN NONCOMPLIANCE WITH FMVSS 209.
Remedy: REPLACE SEAT BELTS WITH BELTS OF SUFFICIENT LENGTH TO COMPLY WITH FMVSS 209.
