TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 KENWORTH T600 TRACTOR HAULING A 2016 LOAD MAX 7 (NA) TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRAILER'S FRAME WAS STRUCTURALLY UNSOUND DUE TO RUST. THE CONTACT STATED THAT IT WAS A CUSTOM BUILT TRAILER DESIGNED TO HOLD SEVEN VEHICLES. HOWEVER, ONLY FOUR TO SIX VEHICLES WERE ABLE TO BE PLACED ON THE VEHICL…

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 KENWORTH T600 TRACTOR HAULING A 2016 LOAD MAX 7 (NA) TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRAILER'S FRAME WAS STRUCTURALLY UNSOUND DUE TO RUST. THE CONTACT STATED THAT IT WAS A CUSTOM BUILT TRAILER DESIGNED TO HOLD SEVEN VEHICLES. HOWEVER, ONLY FOUR TO SIX VEHICLES WERE ABLE TO BE PLACED ON THE VEHICLE DECK DUE TO THE HYDRAULICS FAILING INTERMITTENTLY. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT REPAIR FACILITY AND THE FRAME WAS SERVICED; HOWEVER, THE REMEDY FAILED TO PROVIDE A PERMANENT REPAIR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CUSTOMIZED TRAILER WAS NOT MADE TO THE APPROPRIATE SPECIFICATIONS IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARDS. THE INDEPENDENT REPAIR FACILITY SERVICED THE TRAILER UNDER A WARRANTY, BUT THE CONTACT WAS NOT SURE IF THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THE WARRANTY GUIDELINES. THE TRAILER WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN FOR THE TRAILER WAS UNKNOWN. THERE WAS NO MILEAGE.
