ROTORS NEED TO BE TURNED OR REPLACED AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR. ELECTRIC STEERING ADJUSTMENT WON'T GO UP OR DOWN. TEMPORARILY FIXED BY BEATING ON STEERING…
