Consequence: LIMOUSINES DO NOT COMPLY WITH STANDARDS; ALSO, INCREASEDPOTENTIAL FOR ACCIDENTS BECAUSE OF LIMITED VISIBILITY.
Remedy: REMOVE WINDOW FILM, AS NECESSARY.
