TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 LEXUS RX300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE WAS TRYING TO PARK THE VEHICLE BUT THE VEHICLE WAS SLOW TO DECELERATE. THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKES BUT STOPPING DISTANCE WAS INCREASED BY THREE FEET.
