THE BOTTOM OF THE FUEL TANK CAN CORRODE OVER TIME ALLOWING FUEL TO LEAK.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: FUEL LEAKAGE CAN OCCUR INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE FIRE.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE FUEL TANK AND REPLACE THE TANK IF NEEDED.

THE ELECTRICAL SWITCH ADJACENT TO THE BRAKE PEDAL WHICH OPERATES THE BRAKE LAMPS MAY FAIL TO OPERATE.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THE BRAKE LAMPS MAY FAIL TO WORK WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED,INCREASING THE RISK OF REAR-END COLLISION.
Remedy: REPLACE THE BRAKE LAMP SWITCH WITH AN IMPROVED VERSION.

THE RIGHT REAR METAL BRAKE LINE COULD COME IN CONTACT WITH THE TOP OF THE RIGHT REAR SHOCK ABSORBER. THIS COULD LEAD TO AN EVENTUAL FLUID LEAK IN ONE OF THE TWO BRAKE CIRCUITS.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THE LEAK OF FLUID FROM THE REAR METAL BRAKE LINE COULDCAUSE REDUCED BRAKING EFFECTIVENESS AND INCREASE STOPPING DISTANCE.
Remedy: REROUTE REAR METAL BRAKE LINES TO AVOID CONTACT WITH THE REAR SHOCK ABSORBER, AND REPLACE BRAKE LINES THAT HAVE CONTACTED THE SHOCK ABSORBERS.
