The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V635000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) however, the dealer informed the contact that the part for the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the failure had reoccurred several times while driving and she had stopped driving the vehicle. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and advised the contact to wait for the second letter. The approximate failure mileage was 78,131.
