TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 LAND ROVER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER, WATER WOULD ENTER THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CARPET WAS SOAKED. THE CONTACT WAS UNAWARE OF THE WHERE THE WATER WAS ENTERING THE VEHICLE.
