TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2021 LANCE 200I. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE FROM IDLE AT A RED LIGHT, THE MOTORCYCLE SHUT-OFF WITHOUT WARNING. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS RESTARTED. WHILE RIDING 10 MPH, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS RESTARTED. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS TAKEN TO OOTY'S SCOOTERS (629 E HALEY ST, SANTA BARBARA, CA 93103, (805) 965-8101) HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER CONFIRMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS A KNOWN ISSUE HOWEVER, A RESOLUTION TO THE FAILURE WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 400. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
