THE TIRE HAS THE CHANCE TO BLOWOUT, IF IT GOES THE SPEED THE MANUFACTURER CLAIMS. WWW.SCOOTDAWGFORUM.COM HAS PEOPLE ON THIS SITE, CLAIMING TO DO 80 TO 85 MPH ON THESE SCOOTERS. WWW.EXTREME-SCOOTERS.COM IS THE ONLINE DEALER WHOM SOLD ME MINE AND CLAIMS THEY WILL DO 85 MPH. THERE ARE OTHERS ONLINE AS DEALERS CLAIMING THE MC-13-250 WILL DO 75 TO 85 ALSO. SOME STICK TO THE MANUFACTURERS CLAIMS AND ONE SAYS 62 MPH, TO PROTECT THEM SELVE IF SOMETHING OCCURS. I DO NOT KNOW ANYONE WHOM HAD AN ACCIDENT TO THE RATING OF THE TIRES. *TR
