TFT Speedometer gets severe condensation under normal operating conditions making it unsafe to operate the motorcycle and almost caused me an accident on multiple rides in the mountains. This puts the safety of myself and others at risk as I'm not able to read any potential safety information in my dash like speed, gear, traction control, gas mileage, and any electrical failures. 5" TFT dash speedometer (instrument cluster) gets severe condensation under it when operating under normal conditions. This is very dangerous as it can get so bad that I can't see the information in my dash and can cause me to operate the motorcycle in an unsafe manner. Additionally, the condensation has made the onscreen animations very laggy which indicates significant damage to components inside. The condensation under the screen can potentially block any information the TFT has to display about what gear the motorcycle is in, when stopping I'm unable to see when the motorcycle is in N or different gears. This can potentially cause me to hurt myself or others making the motorcycle unsafe to use under normal conditions. I tried to get this address with KTM under warranty and they refused to address this as well as other parts of the motorcycle having a quality issue that can cause me to not operate the motorcycle in a safe manner. They claimed the condensation under the TFT is normal and a safety issue, which I don't agree since I have witnessed how bad the condensation can get when riding in the mountains and almost caused me to crash on multiple occasions due to a lack of visibility of the information displayed in my tft dash. KTM customer service rep Christian Cicero in KTM call center in Ohio have been very condescending about the situation claiming "you bought an entry level bike and what can I expect" . They are refusing to be responsible for low quality parts and addressing the situation while the motorcycle is still under warranty.
