The contact stated that while inspecting the trailer after arriving at the residence, the contact became aware that both the left and rights side of the bumpers had detached from the weld on the trailer. Neither a dealer nor an independent mechanic was contacted. The trailer was not taken to be diagnosed. The trailer was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
