THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 124, "ACCELERATOR CONTROL SYSTEMS", IN THAT DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE LOWER THROTTLE RETURN SPRING AND THE TENSION IN BOTH THROTTLE SPRINGS, THE VEHICLE MAY NOT MEET THE RETURN TIME SPECIFIED IN THE STANDARD.
