THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BY THE DEALER AND A NEW SPEEDOMETER SENT TO THE DEALER WHO REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE PART, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DETERMINED THAT THE VEHICLE'S SPEEDOMETER WAS MANUFACTURED TO DISPLAY 10% ABOVE THE ACTUAL SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS A VL2000 CLASSIC LT. UPDATED 09/13/06. *JB
