[XXX] IS THE VIN FOR MY 2007 KAWASAKI VULCAN 1600 CC MOTORCYCLE. THE MOTORCYCLE COMES WITH A WEAK HORN ENDANGERING THE RIDER IN TRAFFIC AS CARS WITH THEIR WINDOWS CLOSED AND THE AIR CONDITIONING OR RADIOS RUNNING CANNOT HEAR IT AND TEND TO VEER INTO THE PATH OF THE BIKE. THE TANK IS FACTORY DEFECTIVE. IT IS A 5.3 GALLON TANK BUT ONLY AROUND 4 GALLONS ARE EVER USED BECAUSE THE REMAINING 1.3 GALLONS REMAIN IN THE BOTTOM WITHOUT BEING SUCTIONED UP TO BE USED. ONCE THE WARNING LIGHT GOES ON THAT THE GAS IS ABOUT TO REACH THE END THE TANK WILL ONLY TAKE 4 GALLONS OF GAS TO FILL IT UP AGAIN, PROOF THAT THE TANK IS NOT GIVING THE RIDER THE FULL BENEFIT OF THE 5.3 GALLONS. I HAVE CONFIRMED THIS WITH A QUALIFIED MECHANIC WHO TOOK THE TANK APART TO EXAMINE IT. *TR
