The contact owns a 2024 Kawasaki ZX636KRFAN. The contact stated that while cleaning the motorcycle the vehicle fell on the concrete which caused the left handlebar to fracture. The contact noticed there was plastic inside the handlebar. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and referred him to the dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 10.
