My 2023 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, VIN [XXX], has had repeated electrical, battery, power-loss, recall, and passenger-seat safety concerns. The vehicle was serviced for ongoing battery/electrical issues and remained at South Hills Dodge for approximately one month. During that time, I was told no loaner vehicles were available, leaving me without transportation. When the vehicle was returned on XXX, the front passenger seat was no longer operable, although it worked properly before service. I returned the vehicle the same day and was told the part would be ordered. I asked if the vehicle was safe to drive because the passenger seat was making unusual noises and sounded like it could fail further. I was told it was safe to drive. On XXX, the vehicle was towed back to South Hills Dodge because it was losing power. I contacted the parts department to check on the passenger-seat part and was told no order was in the system. I was later told the part was only then being ordered, although I had previously been told it would be ordered after the XXX visit. On XXX, I received a voicemail stating the vehicle was ready for pickup and that the power-loss issue had been addressed. However, the passenger-seat issue was still not repaired, and I was told the vehicle would need to be returned once the part arrived. The vehicle was later returned on or about XXX, with the understanding that the passenger-seat issue had been repaired. Several weeks later, a passenger noticed the seat had not actually been fixed. I returned the vehicle again, but the dealership returned it stating they still did not have the part. Around XXX the dealership was supposed to contact me once the part arrived and provide a loaner. As of XXX, I have not heard back. The vehicle also still has unresolved recalls. I am concerned the vehicle has unresolved electrical, power-loss, recall, and passenger-seat defects that may affect safe INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
