2024 Jeep Compass

Service four-wheel-drive light keeps on coming off and on on the dash and drive mode unavailable keeps on flashing on the dash no idea why have taken it to the dealership. They cannot figure it out. I’ve asked them to submit a ticket to corporate. They still can’t figure it out. The codes are stored in the system, but they can’t seem to get the codes to go active when they drive it.

The contact stated that the failure persisted while reversing, and the rearview camera image was not bright enough while reversing at night. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. A case was filed with the manufacturer, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 5,300.
