Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Entegra Ethos, Expanse, Jayco Solstice, and Swift vehicle. The liquid level remote fill gauge on the propane tank may leak when in the "Open" position.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the bleed valve as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 25, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903604.

24V212000 · Back Over Prevention: Sensing System: Camera

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Jayco Solstice, Solstice LI, Entegra Coach Expanse, and Expanse LI motorhomes built on Ford chassis. The rearview camera, or 360-degree view camera if equipped, may not display a rearview image when the vehicle is placed in reverse.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: Loss of the rearview camera image can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Ford or Lincoln dealers will replace the rearview camera, and update the software and wiring as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 18, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is Ford 23V-598.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023 Entegra Expanse, Expanse LI, Jayco Solstice, and Solstice LI motorhomes. The retractable awning may extend unintentionally during transit.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: An awning extending unintentionally during transit may become a distraction or road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will install a wedge to support the internal components in the gearbox and replace the motor as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 23, 2024. Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Ethos, Expanse, Solstice, and Swift Class B recreational vehicles, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i, and Onan QG 2800i EVAP generator sets. The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the Injection Pump Module (IPM) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect, and replace the fuel hose and clamp, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 15, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

Consequence: Loss of the ability to control the defrost or defog function decreases the driver's visibility under certain driving conditions, increasing the risk of a crash.
