IllustrationGCWR for the RV is 19140 lbs. However, the axel is rated at 7,000 lbs and since there are 2 axels that capacity maxs out at 14,000 lbs. I am experiencing abnormal thread wear. I have requested that Jayco correct this but they are not responding to my email.

Jayco Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024 North Point and Pinnacle travel trailers equipped with certain GE air conditioners. The air conditioner soft start device may fail and overheat.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: An air conditioner soft start device that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the ICM soft start module with a Micro air EasyStart Breeze module, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 18, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9901615.
