I WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONT END COLLISION WHERE I WAS HIT AT A MINIMUM SPEED OF 40 MPH. THE POLICE, BYSTANDERS, AND PERSONS WHO TOWED MY CAR AWAY COULDN'T BELIEVE THE AIRBAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY. I ADDRESSED THE ISSUE WITH JAGUAR AND THEY FELT THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE DEPLOYED. ALL OF THE DAMAGE WAS IN THE FRONT OF THE CAR EQUALING $12375…
