TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 (NA) JAGUAR XJ8. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MIRROR DIMMER SENSORS WERE TWO DARK AND PREVENT HIM FROM SEEING INTO THE MIRRORS. HE FEELS THAT THE VEHICLE COULD CRASH INTO THE SIDE OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER IS AWARE OF THE ISSUE, BUT DOES NOT HAVE A REMEDY. THE CONTACT FEELS THAT THIS IS A SEVERE SAFETY RISK. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 253 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 160.
