SHE HAD TO ROLL DOWN THE WINDOW TO RELEASE THE DOOR LOCK AND EXIT THE VEHICLE. SHE FEELS THAT THIS IS UNSAFE BECAUSE SHE COULD BE TRAPPED INSIDE THE VEHICLE IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH.
