THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED FROM CAPITOL LUXURY CARS STATED AS "TEK AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, LLC." ON THE CAR CARE PLAN, LOCATED AT 347 NEW KARNER RD.,RTE 155, COLONIE, NEW YORK 12205, (518) 452-1100. ON AUGUST 6, 2015 ON THE WAY HOME FROM WORK ON INTERSTATE 95 SOUTH, THE VEHICLE TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT HAD COME ON.I DECIDED AS SOON I WAS OFF THE MAJOR ROUTE I WOULD STOP TO PUT AIR IN THE TIRE. THE TIRE BLEW OUT COMPLETELY, OUT OF NOWHERE, NEARLY CAUSING AN ACCIDENT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE IT HAD BEEN PURCHASED THE NEXT DAY. I WAS TOLD THAT RIM (PASSENGER RIGHT REAR) WAS CRACKED AND THEY DID NOT KNOW THE CAUSE OF THE TIRE BLOW-OUT. THE TIRE WAS UNDER WARRANTY THE COST WAS STILL $1,168.36 FOR ONE TIRE RIM ISSUE. THEN ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2015, THE PASSENGER RIGHT FRONT TIRE BECAME BALLED DUE TO AN IMPROPER ALIGNMENT I HAD TO PAY $1,310.27 FOR 4 WINTER TIRES. THEN ON OCTOBER 30, 2015 ANOTHER TIRE WAS NOT HOLDING AIR. I WAS TOLD THE DRIVER SIDE LEFT RIM WAS CRACKED AND THAT AGAIN THE RIM WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. I WHOLE HEARTED REFUSED TO PAY ANOTHER $1,200 FOR ONE RIM/REPAIR. IN A MEETING WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, MAINTENANCE SHOP FOREMAN, AND THE SERVICE ADVISOR, THE FOREMAN STATED THAT HE THOUGHT THE TIRE ISSUE WAS CAUSED BY POTHOLES IN THE AREA AND THAT IN GENERAL HE HAS SEEN A LOT OF RIMS CRACKED. ON SEPT 27, 2013 AROUND 7A.M., I DROVE MY CAR TO THE MAIL BOX WHERE I PULLED OVER ON A ROAD WITH A SLIGHT INCLINE AND UP ON THE ROUNDED CURB, PUT IT IN PARK, OPENED THE DOOR, WALK ALONG THE SIDE OF THE CAR, CROSSED IN FRONT TO RETRIEVE MY MAIL. AFTER GETTING MY MAIL, WHEN I TURNED AROUND TO GO BACK TO THE CAR, I SAW IT DRIVING FORWARD AND CROSSING THE ROAD TOWARDS THE OTHER SIDE! INSTINCTIVELY I JUMPED IN THE PASSENGER SIDE AND WAS TRYING TO REACH THE BRAKE PEDAL WHEN THE CAR HIT THE CURB, THROWING ME BACK A BIT. Unless included in "Zone A" above, Jaguar is recalling certain 2010 Jaguar XF vehicles, originally sold, or ever registered, in Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia, or "Zone B." Unless included in Zone A and Zone B above, Jaguar is recalling certain 2009 MY Jaguar XF vehicles, originally sold, or ever registered, in Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming or "Zone C." Consequence & remedy
Consequence: An inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants resulting in serious injury or death.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 Jaguar XF vehicles manufactured May 22, 2013, to June 15, 2015 and equipped with 2.0L GTDi engines. The affected vehicles may have insufficient clearance between the underfloor fuel delivery lines and the under shield and body allowing the fuel lines to chafe, possibly resulting in a fuel leak.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the fuel line for abrasions, replacing it as necessary and install additional clips, free of charge. Parts are not yet available and second notice will be sent when parts are available. The recall is expected to begin January 2017. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 Jaguar XF vehicles manufactured May 16, 2012, to June 15, 2015 and equipped with 2.0L GTDi engines. The retaining bolt for the Front End Auxiliary Drive (FEAD) idler pulley on the engine may fail resulting in a loss of power steering assist.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A loss of power steering assist may increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the FEAD pulley assembly, free of charge. Owners were sent interim notifications on May 28, 2016. This recall began July 1, 2016. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is J061.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain model year 2013 XF vehicles manufactured September 11, 2012, to October 8, 2012. The electronic modules which control the fuel pump may shut down causing the fuel pump to stop pumping fuel.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: The fuel pump shutdown will result in the vehicle stalling. The vehicle would also lose power-assisted braking and power-assisted steering. Any of these conditions may increase the risk of a vehicle crash.
Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will inspect, and install if necessary, an additional wiring harness to the in-tank fuel pump, free of charge. The recall began March 23, 2015. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is J051.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 XF (XFR-S) vehicles manufactured July 2, 2013, to April 11, 2014. A component within the Power Assist Steering system (PAS) may collapse and restrict fluid flow within the PAS hose causing a loss of power steering.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: The reduction of power steering assist can increase the steering effort needed, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will install an improved PAS hose, free of charge. the recall began on August 6, 2014. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is J042.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 XF vehicles manufactured October 18, 2012, through February 25, 2014. In the affected vehicles, the right-hand rear brake pipe may wear against a bracket located on the rear sub frame. This condition may cause the brake pipe to wear through and leak brake fluid.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: Leaking brake fluid can lengthen braking distance and increase the risk of a vehicle crash.
Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the rear brake pipe for signs of wear, maninpulate the bracket on the rear sub frame, and inspect and replace the rear brake pipes if wear is visible, free of charge. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 XJ, XF and XK vehicles. In the affected vehicles, the toe links, components used to control the alignment of the rear wheels, can separate from the rear sub-frame.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: If a toe link separates from the rear sub-frame, a loss of vehicle stability and directional control may result, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Jaguar notified owners on May 8, 2014, and dealers will replace the nut and washer assembly on the rear toe links, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin around May 27, 2014. Owners may contact Jaguar at 1-855-524-8278. Jaguar's number for this recall is J037.

Consequence & remedy
Consequence: If the CAC hose detaches, the engine may stall, increasing the risk of a crash. Additionally, steering and brake assistance may be lost further increasing the risk.
Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the CAC hose to make sure its clamp is in the correct position and tight, free of charge. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain model year 2013 XF and XJ vehicles manufactured March 26, 2013, through April 10, 2013. In these vehicles, the certification label that is intended to specify the required Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) front, Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) rear, the manufacture date and country of manufacture is absent. Thus, the vehicles do not conform to Part 567, "Certification."
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: If the certification label does not specify all the necessary information or the vehicle weight range could result in the vehicle being overloaded and increase the risk of a crash.
