WHILE IN MOTION, A TIRE EXPERIENCED A BLOWOUT. WHEN CONSUMER PULLED OVER AND EXITED THE VEHICLE, THERE WAS A FIRE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE REAR AXLE.
