I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE ON JANUARY 22, 2006 FROM GLENDALE INFINITI. BY MARCH I WAS ALREADY EXPERIENCING MOVEMENT WITH MY DRIVER'S SEAT WHEN ACCELERATING OR BRAKING. MOVEMENT IS LARGE ENOUGH TO CAUSE MY BODY TO LEAP FORWARD AND, ON OCCASION, CAUSE A SLIGHT BIT OF WHIPLASH. I BROUGHT IN MY VEHICLE MANY TIMES TO HAVE THIS REPAIRED. THEY REPLACED THE SEAT TRACK TWICE BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. NOW THEY ARE CLAIMING IT IS NORMAL OPERATION AND ARE REFUSING TO REPAIR IT. *JB
