TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 INFINITI EX35. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE ADDING FUEL TO THE VEHICLE THE FUEL PUMP DID NOT SHUT OFF CAUSING GASOLINE TO OVERFLOW OUT OF THE TANK ONTO THE GROUND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND THEY STATED THAT THEY NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THAT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. …
