2023 Hyundai Venue

I am writing to formally notify you of an issue I have been experiencing with my recent leased vehicle, and to request that the issue be addressed accordingly. Additional information: Leased date: February 11, 2023 Dealer address: HUDSON HYUNDAI 977 Communipaw Avenue Jersey City, New Jersey 07304 Phone: (201) 333-3100 2023 HYUNDAI VENUE DENIM LIMITED VIN NUMBER: [XXX] n February 11, 2023, from HUDSON HYUNDAI located at 977 Communipaw Avenue Jersey City, New Jersey 07304 a 2023 HYUNDAI VENUE DENIM LIMITED VIN NUMBER: [XXX]. Appr [XXX] 2023, I began having trouble with the safety futures such as: 1.Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW) (It has been working randomly). 2.Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning (RCCW) (It has been working randomly). 3.Rear Occupant Alert (ROA) (It has been working randomly). 4.Driver Attention Warning (DAW) (It has been working randomly). 5.Front Passenger Seat belt alert. (It has been working randomly). 6.8-inch color touchscreen with navigation goes to night mode during the day (day light) by itself and starts to run a setup by itself while driving (please see attached pictures). Blue Link only sent an e-mail notification about the automatic setup once. (Days after the episode). On [XXX], I contacted the dealership salesperson (who leased me the vehicle) via text message, Mr. [XXX] informing regarding the safety futures concern, and he provided me a number to call. Unfortunately, they were overbooked, and I only was booked for the following week. ([XXX]). My husband dropped-off the vehicle at HUDSON HYUNDAI located at 977 Communipaw Avenue Jersey City, New Jersey 07304. He gave to the person in charge to check-in the vehicle a written explanation of the issue. Per my husband, even the authorized person at the dealer was unable to have access to the safety futures.
