Later all dash lights came on, loud beeping and eventually lost all power while driving. I understand the "fuse" was replaced during recall, but if the damage was already in the making, why should consumer have to pay? I have had it to two different mechanics, first was hyundai dealer, both diagnostic ran, both same problem. Abs control module going out, interior failure!! My car only has 80,000!! Yes, it 12 year old vehicle, has had routine maintenance and garage kept. This is a safety issue and should be taken care of by dealer.

I received a letter from you regarding “Recall on the Anti-Lock Brake System” letter states:: Our records indicate that your vehicle is affected by this recall. So I contacted the Hyundai dealer here in El Paso, made an appointment, (which took 2wks) went to the appointment showed them the letter & was told they would call me. I never heard back from them, I called again & informed them I was calling about the ABS recall, I was told they had to order the part & would give me a call back, again never heard back from them. Sad to say they are the only Hyundai dealer here & they have refused to service my car. I have not made any more attempts to get the ABS fuse replaced due to the unsatisfactory customer service received from them “they just didn't care” My ? Is, how can you help me get this issue resolved. Thank you for hearing my complaint
