I was driving and a warning popped up on my dashboard screen telling me that the "high voltage electrical system needed to be serviced" and another one followed that said "acceleration reduced drive with caution." I was driving and a warning popped up on my dashboard screen telling me that the "high voltage electrical system needed to be serviced" and another one followed that said "acceleration reduced drive with caution." At the same time my heat stopped working and only cold air would blow from the vents (it was a cold day so I did not test to see if the A/C was also broken). I discovered a day or so later, when I went to charge my car (it is an EV) that it would not allow me to charge above 26% capacity.
Car was charging on a typical 48A J1722 home charger. Car stopped charging early and displayed "Service High Voltage System" and "Reduced Acceleration. Drive with Care" Scanner shows codes P1E00 and U362C
Simply put the charging system will not stop at preset percentage and will charge to 100 percent most of the time. I would say it fails to stop and continues to 100 percent about 70 percent to the time. From what I understand charging to 100% on a daily basis can damage the battery and potentially cause a safety issue under cert…

Simply put the charging system will not stop at preset percentage and will charge to 100 percent most of the time. I would say it fails to stop and continues to 100 percent about 70 percent to the time. From what I understand charging to 100% on a daily basis can damage the battery and potentially cause a safety issue under certain circumstances, such as storage and temperature. I now have to sit in the vehicle or set a timer to check the vehicle to make sure that it stops at the designated charge limit. I have taken it in for service at Jack of diamonds Honda in Tyler, Texas, but they were unable to find or fix the situation.

2024 Honda Prologue has been having service high voltage system, reduced acceleration, no heat or AC in while in the rain and with toddlers in the car. Car has had this issue twice before and just got the car back from the service on April 2, Had issue in December, Feb 2025 for 11 days. The vehicle was just returned 3 days ago for the same issue. Service keeps stating they don't know what the problem and vehicle is needs to be towed due to inability to charge or drive on Major roadway due to limited speed.
Both of my infotainment screens went off completely while driving and this is very frustrating and unsafe I can’t see my speedometer or navigation or anything else and this puts my safety in danger urgent urgent please investigate this matter asap Thanks
I was driving on the interstate and the infotainment and drivers dashboard display cut off. I attempted to turn the car off and back on and nothing happened.
When turning left from a stop, there is a clicking sound that is coming from the front left wheel area. I don't know if this is safety risk. I have not had a dealer inspection yet. There are no warning lights or messages in the car relating to this problem. It has happened several times. I first heard it at about 350 miles.…

There are no warning lights or messages in the car relating to this problem. It has happened several times. I first heard it at about 350 miles. The car now has about 700 miles. I have heard the noise at least 4 times.
Front axle started making knocking noises when making sharp turns

American Honda Motor Company (Honda) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Honda Prologue and 2024 Acura ZDX vehicles. The rearview camera screen may display a distorted or blank image.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A rearview image that does not display correctly reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the rearview camera, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed July 7, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated in late 2026. Owners may contact Honda's customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's numbers for this recall are DO5 and RO6. The information in your report suggests that Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) may have been aware of this issue more than five business days before filing a report with NHTSA. Please be reminded that under Federal law, this agency is to be notified of all safety defect and/or noncompliance decisions within five business days. 49 CFR 573.6 Significant civil penalties can be assessed for this violation.

Additionally, a software error may cause the rearview camera to display a blank screen when the vehicle is in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 101, "Control and Displays," 111, "Rear Visibility," and 305, "Electric-Powered Vehicles."
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: An instrument panel display that fails to show critical safety information, such as the speedometer or warning lights, increases the risk of a crash or injury. Additionally, the loss of the rearview camera image can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy: Dealers will update the vehicle radio control module software, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed April 22, 2026. Owners may contact Honda's customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's numbers for this recall are TNL and XNK. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 4, 2026.

Consequence & remedy
Consequence: A right front lower control arm fracture can cause loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the right front lower control arm as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 3, 2024. Owners may contact Honda customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's number for this recall is PIY.
