Radio, yes as of now. VERY LOUD static sound coming from speakers, it makes it hard to concentrate, and you can't hear anything around you such as sirens, or even the person sitting next to you. They say replace the radio, at over $2000 No to inspection. No messages of failure etc.

I have had car serviced faithfully since ownership in 2013. Last visit to dealer I was informed that the VSA modulator control unit has malfunctioned. It’s very concerning that there has not been a recall on this since it impacts brakes, tires, steering. I am requesting a replacement of this modulator at no charge.
The ABS control module is defective on my vehicle. The electronic components have a poor design which allows the electrical contacts inside the module to break lose. Honda is aware of many of these complaints but has failed to perform a recall.

The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 17V418000 (Electrical System) and 19V060000 (Fuel System, Other) however, the VIN was not included. The failure mileage was approximately 98,000.
The passenger side window stop and starts and when it gets to full close, it opens back up on its own a few inches. For another Honda Accord that I own if the same year, the passenger window does not go up/down from the drivers side.

Lost ability to steer vehicle. It was impossible to steer the car. The car was running on and in one instance moving at low sped in my own driveway. There have been 3 instances when this happens. The problem went away after turning the car off and restarting the vehicle. 2) the starter won’t start on occasion as it takes multiple attempts to start vehicle. 3) I had to replace the starter and also a sensor forward collision sensor so the entire dashboard display for every light would turn off. Literally, every light on the dashboard turns on, even for low tire pressure. The bidders concern from operation perspective is the steering. There’s no doubt in my mind that this is a critical and serious defect with this make and model of the 2013 Honda Accord. I looked online and there are literally thousands of reports of the same issue. There are complaints of uncontrollable steering too. One gentleman did a YouTube video demonstrating what’s happening. I will do the same for the steering in this vehicle the next time it happens. Why hasn’t the NHTSA issued a mandatory recall and forced Honda to make this recall happen now. I hope this isn’t a political decision because I know lives are in serious jeopardy with this loss of ability to steer the vehicle with no warning. Lastly, I’ve bought and owned 5 Honda in my lifetime: 3 Honda Accords, 1 Odyssey and 1 Pilot and I’ve never needs to file a complaint in the past as they’ve always been a reliable, safe vehicle. I’m extremely concerned about this problem and I urge NHTSA and Honda to do the right thing and issue an immediate recall to remedy this issue. (Honda) submitted a Defect Information Report (DIR) to NHTSA regarding a ignition interlock defect in approximately 384,220 model year (MY) 2003 Honda Accord and Civic and MY 2003 and 2004 Honda Element vehicles with automatic transmissions (Recall 10V-364).In a September 22, 2010 supplemental DIR, Honda expanded the scope of the recall population based on manufacturing and complaint data.The total population for the complete recall is approximately 551,498 vehicles.The information listed in this closing report refers only to the subject vehicles, MY 2003 Accords with automatic transmissions.According to Honda's DIR, Under certain conditions the interlock lever of the ignition switch may unexpectedly deform, which can allow the interlock function of a vehicle with an automatic transmission to be defeated if the driver does not follow the typical shut-down procedure of shifting the gear selector to the Park position before rotating the ignition key to the off position. Removal of the ignition key when the gear selector of a vehicle with an automatic transmission has not been shifted to the Park position can allow the vehicle to roll away, increasing the risk of a crash.Honda's dealers will be instructed to inspect the ignition interlock switch and, if necessary, replace the original interlock pin and lever within the ignition switch and replace them with new, redesigned parts.This investigation is closed.

THE OFFICE OF DEFECTS INVESTIGATION (ODI) PRODUCED AN INFORMATION REQUEST (IR) LETTER DATED OCTOBER 14, 2004 WHICH DEFINED THE SUBJECT VEHICLES AS MODEL YEAR 1999 - 2001 HONDA ACCORD VEHICLES WHICH WERE NOT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF PRIOR RECALL ACTION (03V423) HONDA CONDUCTED TO RESOLVE AN INTERLOCK DEFECT.HONDA SUBMITTED RESPONSES ON NOVEMBER 29 AND DECEMBER 21, 2004.THE FAILURE REPORTS NOTED ABOVE HAVE BEEN DETERMINED FROM ODI'S ANALYSIS OF NHTSA'S COMPLAINT DATABASE AND AN INITIAL ANALYSIS OF THE MANUFACTURER'S IR RESPONSE DATA (FURTHER ANALYSIS REQUIRED).SOME OF THE HONDA REPORTS ARE DUPLICATIVE OF ODI.TAKING INTO ACCOUNT A SHORTER SERVICE LIFE, THE FAILURE INCIDENCE OF THE SUBJECT VEHICLES IS SIMILAR TO THAT DETERMINED WHEN ODI CONDUCTED PRELIMINARY EVALUATION (PE) 03-013, WHICH INVOLVED INTERLOCK FAILURES ON OLDER ACCORDS SUBSEQUENTLY RECALLED UNDER THE 03V423 ACTION.ACCORDINGLY, THE PETITON IS GRANTED AND ODI HAS OPENED PE05-002 TO FURTHER INVESTIGATE THE MATTER.
