THERE WAS A ROCKING MOTION FELT FROM THE BEGINNING WHICH THE CONSUMER THOUGHT THIS WAS NORMAL AND DIDN'T MIND UNTIL HE HEARD A LOUD SNAP IN WHICH THE FIFTH WHEEL HAD BROKEN LOOSE AND RAISED UP INTO THE NOSE OF THE TRAILER. THERE WAS EVIDENCE THAT THE WELDED BRACKETS AND BRACES WERE BROKEN LOOSE, AND WHERE THE WELD WOULD NOT BREAK, THEN IT FATIGUED THE FRAME TO THE POINT THE FRAME BROKE. ALSO, WHERE THE HITCH WAS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED, IT LOOKED AS IF WERE DONE SLOPPY. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE REPAIRS. (ALUMA SCOPE DLX32RKT 5TH WHEEL TRAVEL TRAILER). *MR *SCC *NLM
