DEFECT IN DESIGN OF THE FRONT BRAKE SYSTEM OF 2008 LIFAN GY200 MOTORCYCLE. THE FRONT BRAKE PADS DO NOT MAKE 100% CONTACT WITH ROTOR AND AFTER WARE PADS WILL CONTACT AND IMPEDE BRAKE OPERATION.
