THE AIR BRAKE LINE FITTINGS ON THE PUSHER AXLE WERE INSTALLED SO THAT ONE OF THE AIR LINES CAN BE DAMAGED AS THE TRUCK IS LOADED AND OPERATED.
Consequence: THE AIR LINE CAN DEVELOP A LEAK INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
Remedy: THE AIR LINES AND FITTINGS WILL BE MODIFIED AND RE-ROUTED TO ELIMINATE THE INTERFERENCE WITH THE AXLE VENT.
