TIRE SIDEWALLS RUB AGAINST THE METAL FENDER BRACKET WHEN TRAILER IS USED. I FOUND HEAVY RUBBER MARKS AND SHARDS OF RUBBER FROM THE TIRE SIDEWALL ON BOTH FENDER BRACKETS ON EACH SIDE OF MY TRAILER. IN ADDITION TO THE RUBBING CONTACT, THE FENDER BRACKETS HAVE VERY SHARP EDGES THAT CAN CUT THE SIDEWALLS OF THE HIGH PRESSURE 80 PSI TIRE AND CAUSE A SUDDEN TIRE FAILURE. ON 9 OCTOBER 2013 HARBOR FREIGHT WAS CONTACTED BY LETTER, PROVIDED PHOTOS AND WAS REQUESTED TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FIX THIS SERIOUS SAFETY PROBLEM. HOWEVER NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AS OF THIS DATE. DIGITAL PHOTOS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST. *TR
