CURVED SPRING WASHERS OR ECCENTRIC WASHERS MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED FROM SOME OF THE REAR BRAKE SIDE PLATE ASSEMBLIES.
Consequence: THIS COULD RESULT IN DECREASED BRAKING PERFORMANCEWHICH COULD REDUCE STOPPING DISTANCE AND INCREASE THE POTENTIAL FOR AN ACIDENT.
Remedy: REPLACE SIDECAR REAR BRAKE BACKING PLATE ASSEMBLY.
