TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLHTCUTG TRI GLIDE UTRA MOTORCYCLE. WHILE OPERATING THE MOTORCYCLE, THE HORN RANDOMLY MALFUNCTIONED. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS TAKEN TO LAKE ERIE HARLEY-DAVIDSON (38401 CHESTER RD, AVON, OH), BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,500.
