A PRODUCT SOLD BY BAGGER NATION / PAUL YAFFE TIRE AIR VALVE CAP CAUSES THE VALVE TO LOOSEN THUS LOOSING AIR. WITH SPEED IT HITS THE BRAKE CALIPER. THIS HAPPENED TO ME ON THE FRONT TIRE.

CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES MAY HAVE FRONT BRAKE LINES WHICH COULD LEAK DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: SHOULD THIS COMPONENT FAIL WHEN IN USE ON THE MOTORCYCLE, ALL FUNCTIONALITY OF THE FRONT BRAKE SYSTEM WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT WARNING, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE FRONT BRAKE LINE AND REPLACE IF THE BRAZE IS NOT VISIBLE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON OCTOBER 10, 2005. OWNERS SHOULD CONTACT HARLEY-DAVIDSON AT 1-414-343-4056.
