THE BIKE BEGAN TO FISHTAIL, WE ATTEMPTED TO SLOW DOWN BUT WITH THE FISHTAIL WAS GETTING WILDER. WE HAD GO IN THE DITCH TO AVOID A HEAVILY CONCRETED OVERPASS WITH GUIDE WIRE BEFORE AND AFTER. MY WIFE WAS ABLE TO BAIL OUT IN SOME TALL GRASS AND WALK AWAY WITH MINIMAL INJURY. WHILE I SUSTAINED SEVERAL BROKEN BONES ALONG MY SPINES AND TWO BROKEN RIBS. AND OF COURSE I WILL BE LEFT WITH HUGE MEDICAL BILLS. THE TIRE IN QUESTION WAS IN GOOD SHAPE. PROPER INFLATION AND WITH LESS THAN 3000 MILES BEFORE OUR TRIP STARTED. AS OF YET, WE HAVE SETTLED FOR THE BIKE. I AM TOLD THAT STATE FARM IS IN POSSESSION OF THE BIKE AND THE TIRE. *TR
