TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HARLEY DAVIDSON ULTRA CLASSIC (NA) MOTORCYCLE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE BRAKES FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE.
