TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HARLEY DAVIDSON DYNA LOW RIDER MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE ENGINE HAD BEEN RUNNING FOR A WHILE, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESTART ONCE IT WAS SHUT OFF.
