THE SPARTAN CHASSIS SHOWS A RECALL AND THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT SEND PROOF OF THE RECALL WORK BEING DONE EVEN THOUGH THE CLAIM IT HAS. PLEASE DESCRIBE FURTHER.
