THE TOP WELD ON PINTLE HOOK CROSSTUBE ASSEMBLY MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED.
Consequence: MISSING WELD COULD CAUSE THE PINTLE HOOK MOUNT TUBETO BECOME DETACHED FROM THE TRAILER DURING OVER-THE-ROAD OPERATIONS, WHICH COULDRESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH.
Remedy: APPLY ANY MISSING WELDS.
