THE PINTLE HOOK DOES NOT HAVE ADEQUATE REINFORCEMENT AT THE REAR MOUNTING PLATE AND CAN EVENTUALLY CRACK. PINTLE HOOK COULD COMPLETELY DISENGAGE.
Consequence: Not supplied
Remedy: PINTLE HOOK WILL BE INSPECTED AND ANY CRACKS WILL BE REPAIRED. REINFORCEMENT WILL BE ADDED WITH TWO VERTICAL GUSSETS.
