The contact owns a 2026 Grand Design Recreational Solitude RV. The contact stated that there was a leak coming from the underbelly of the RV. A mobile technician from the local dealer inspected the vehicle and determined that it was due to a manufacturing issue. The black seal installed by the manufacturer was positioned too high, creating a gap that allowed water intrusion. There was the presence of black and pink mold, standing water, and raw sewage inside the underbelly of the RV. The raw sewage remained in the vehicle for more than six weeks. The contact was concerned that airborne pathogens may have been present, creating a potential health and safety hazard. The manufacturer was contacted and opened a case for the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
