TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 GMC YUKON XL 1500. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE ROAD CONDITIONS WERE DRY. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE SPUN CLOCKWISE AND ROLLED ONTO THE DRIVER SIDE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED BRUISES. THE ENGINE DID NOT SHUT OFF AND THE VEHICLE WAS SMOKING. THE POLICE HAD TO CLIMB INTO THE VEHICLE TO TURN OFF THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE STOPPED SMOKING. THE VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 97,000.
