TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 GMC W5500 HD TRUCK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER WAS TRAVELING 10 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE BECAME RESISTANT TO ACCELERATION.
