WINDSHIELD WIPERS HAVE BEEN INTERMITTENT SINCE I PURCHASED MY 1995 SILOUHETTE VAN NEW. I HAD IT IN THE SHOP SEVERAL TIMES WHILE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY, IT WOULD WORK, AND THEY WOULD GIVE IT BACK TO ME.
